We process identity and contact data such as your name, address, phone number and email address, together with your messages, requested topic, correspondence, contract and billing information. We also process technical data generated when the website is used and public information where it is needed for a service you commission.

Insurance and pension advice may involve existing policies, desired cover, household, vehicle, property, employment and pension information and, where relevant, health data. To trace occupational pension assets, we additionally process your date of birth, AHV number, address, former employers and a passport or identity-card copy. We treat these details and any health information with heightened confidentiality. Please provide only the data and documents required for your specific request.

We usually receive personal data directly from you through forms, uploads, email, phone, WhatsApp, personal meetings or a mandate. Where necessary for your instructions, we may also receive data from insurers, health insurers, banks, pension institutions, former employers, authorities, registers or other involved parties that you identify.

If you provide information about relatives, co-insured persons, employees or other third parties, please ensure that you are permitted to do so and that those people are informed about the processing unless a statutory exception applies. Public Google reviews and information about their authors are obtained from Google.

We process personal data to answer enquiries, coordinate callbacks and appointments, analyse needs, prepare comparisons and quotes, provide advice and carry out commissioned services. These services include insurance and pension advice, health-insurance comparisons, mortgage and home-financing support, tax returns and administrative work, tracing pension assets, company formation and business insurance.

We also process data to administer contracts, issue invoices, assure quality, comply with legal and regulatory duties, establish or defend legal claims, and operate the website securely and reliably. We do not sell personal data. The website does not make automated individual decisions or conduct profiling.

For insurance intermediation, you will receive the legally required information from the intermediary before a contract is concluded. This privacy policy supplements that information and does not replace it.

Please submit identity copies, AHV numbers, tax documents and pension records only through the designated form, not through social networks or ordinary messaging services.

The website retrieves the current aggregate rating server-side through Google Places or, after the business profile has been authorised, Google Business Profile. This sends the business profile identifier and selected page language to Google, but no data from your forms. The rating panel on this website displays no individual reviews or profile images.

Only when you open a link to Google Maps, Google Search, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp do you leave our website; from that point, the relevant provider processes data under its own terms. No external online booking calendar is currently embedded in the website. If such a service is introduced, we will update this policy before it is activated.

Accounting records and supporting documents are generally retained for ten years after the end of the financial year under Article 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations. Technical logs, email copies and backups are retained for the periods agreed with each provider. Stored enquiries are reviewed regularly against their purpose and applicable retention duties and deleted when their retention period ends.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion or destruction, release or transfer of certain data, and restriction or cessation of processing.
